Tracey Stevens grew up near Utica, NY. She graduated from Cornell University undergraduate program in 1992 and then entered Cornell Veterinary School. After graduating from Veterinary School in 1996, Dr. Tracey worked in several general practices in the Auburn area. In 2009 she discovered High Quality High Volume Spay-Neuter (HQHVSN), also known as Low Cost Spay Neuter. This is a service which allows shelter animals to be sterilized before leaving the shelter and offers a lower-cost alternative to full-service veterinary clinics for spay-neuter. Thus a side-career in Shelter Medicine was born.

In August, 2014, Dr. Tracey started “Integrated Veterinary Services” and offered low-cost spay-neuter and relief work.
Dr. Tracey started to explore physical therapy and alternative pain management. This opened up a whole new world of veterinary medicine! Alternative treatments, like acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, are valuable, but underutilized options. Awareness is growing, however, and animals are benefiting! Dr. Tracey decided to go back to school after 20 years! She attended Chi Institute with Dr. Xie in Reddick, FL and became certified in veterinary acupuncture in March 2015. Currently, she is offering Low Cost Spay-Neuter in Genoa and building her acupuncture clientele.
Goals for the future-to live to see the end of pet overpopulation, and to spread the good news about Chinese Veterinary Medicine!
