About Dr. Tracey Stevens
Tracey Stevens grew up near Utica, NY. She graduated from Cornell University undergraduate program in 1992 and then entered Cornell Veterinary School. After graduating from Veterinary School in 1996, Dr. Tracey worked in several general practices in the Auburn area. In 2009 she discovered High Quality High Volume Spay-Neuter (HQHVSN), also known as Low-Cost Spay Neuter. This is a service which allows shelter animals to be sterilized before leaving the shelter and offers a lower-cost alternative to full-service veterinary clinics for spay-neuter, vaccination and microchipping.
In August, 2014, Dr. Tracey started “Integrated Veterinary Services” and offered low-cost spay-neuter and relief work.
Dr. Tracey started to explore physical therapies and alternative non-pharmaceutical) pain management. This opened up a whole new world of veterinary medicine! Alternative and complimentary treatments, like acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, are valuable, but underutilized options. Awareness is growing, however, and animals are benefiting! Dr.
