Spay/Neuter Upcoming Clinics

The following Spay/Neuter Clinics are available for registration.  Clinics occur every week on Fridays. If you have multiple animals to register, you will need to submit a new form for each. There is a $30 deposit which is due upon submission through PayPal, to confirm your reservation. The balance of the fee is due upon pickup.  A full list of fees can be found on the Spay-Neuter overview page.

The online registration form IS WORKING CORRECTLY! If you are unable to register it means that THERE ARE NO OPENINGS AT THIS TIME–The next 5 clinics are full. The clinic 6 weeks out will be open for booking Friday at 5 am. Clinics fill very quickly, so the earlier you try to register, the best chance you have to get a spot. For example, If it is Monday, February 1 and you would like to register for the March 19 clinic, you will not be able to do so until 5AM ET of Friday, February 5.

Important Notice on Capacity Limits

There is a limit of 10 dogs and 17 cats for each clinic.  These limits are in place for safety purposes.  All registrations are monitored; IF YOU REGISTER YOUR PET UNDER THE WRONG RESERVATION TYPE (for example, register your dog as a cat), YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Important Update on Aggressive Pets

If your dog is anxious or agressive, we may require you to accompany your dog into the building for sedation AND/OR require you to wait in the parking lot until the dog is completely anesthetized.  There is a additional charge of$40 (dogs under 50#) or $80 (dogs over 50#) to cover the cost of extra  meds and time required to deal with dangerous dogs. If we deem your dog unhandleable, we reserve the right to cancel your dog’s procedure. Your deposit will not be refunded. 

ALSO-upon arrival, cats MUST BE contained in a HARD-SIDED carrier, ONE CAT PER CARRIER, for safety purposes.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 FEE if you cannot follow these simple rules

Lastly, We DO NOT participate in pet health insurance or Care Credit. You are welcome to a copy of the medical record, but we do NOT issue itemized invoices.  So please don’t ask.  If you would like to use your pet’s insurance for spay/neuter, you should schedule the procedure at your regular veterinarian.
